You will play as a "cell division supervisor" to command the "CDK/Cyclin partner" what to do in each stage of cell cycle. If a wrong decision is made, the cell will be dead in 10 seconds, and the player must redo a right decision within 10 seconds in order to save the cell. If the cell is dead, you will have to start over in order to save another cell. In order to save the cell, you have to know the logic and sequence of cell cycle regulation.
